Hampton Township’s Economic Development Strategy

Please join us for the launch of Hampton Township’s Economic Development Strategy at the Board of Trustees meeting on Monday, August 10th, 2020 at 7pm. This strategy is the culmination of a months-long effort to understand and measure Hampton Township’s assets and challenges, identify economic opportunities, and position our community for a resilient future.

You may choose to participate either in person at the Township Administrative Office or virtually on Zoom by registering at the link below.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. You may register at any time before or during the meeting.

Sewer Cleaning

Beginning the week of April 27th, the Hampton Township DPW has resumed the cleaning of the sewer system.  Please note that you may experience some water splashing out of your toilet and an odor if your vent pipe is plugged so it is recommended that you keep your toilet seat cover down.

We understand that this cleaning process may be an inconvenience, but cleaning and assessing the sewer system not only helps maintain the system but also helps locate areas that may be plugged. By identifying and fixing known problems, we are hopefully preventing future issues such as major back-ups of sewage in basements.
